Flemming is an experienced workplace strategist with over a decade of expertise gained from pivotal roles at two prominent global corporations: The LEGO Group and Danfoss. In his capacity as a leader and visionary, he has successfully led the establishment of two global workplace teams, strategically incorporating hybrid working models.

His passion lies in creating optimal work experiences for employees at all levels, recognising that successful solutions don't start with design alone. Flemming helps C-suite and leadership teams identify their aspirations for hybrid ways of working, then guides them through creating ways of working and workplaces that support these aspirations.
